Talent Management and Employee Experience
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Partner. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business results through effective talent management and employee experience strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and leaders across the organization, as well as developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business results.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for conducting workplace investigations, providing coaching and development opportunities to employees, and promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders on HR-related matters

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a matrixed organization
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
