About the Role
1. Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets within the SME segment.
2. Manage inbound leads and convert them into paying customers.
3. Apply structured sales methodologies to reduce sales cycles.
4. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting product value and benefits.
5. Prioritize and track sales opportunities for timely follow-up.
6. Deliver high-quality account management to support tech adoption.
7. Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and revenue growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Native/Fluent German and English communication (C1+).
* 18–24 months in an SDR role (SaaS/IT), or 6–12 months in B2B sales.
* Experience with SaaS, software vendors, or systems integrators.
* Skilled in prospecting, discovery calls & closing presentations.
* Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about emerging technology.
* Results-driven, collaborative, and excellent at hitting KPIs.
* Able to explain complex solutions in clear business terms.
* Strong sales presence and top-tier presentation skills.
