Cpl Healthcare is excited to recruit Social Care Workers for a full-time permanent role in Kilcullen, Kildare.
Our client provides support to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, autism, and other needs, aiming to enable them to live independently in a community setting.
Operating across 12 residential communities and 4 day services nationwide, our client offers person-centred care that transforms lives. We seek experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join our team in supporting adults towards independence and community integration.
Requirements:
1. Hold a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or an equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
2. At least 1 year of experience working with vulnerable adults or those with intellectual disabilities.
3. Experience working with challenging behaviours.
4. Strong knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults.
5. Must hold a full, clean manual driver's license and have own car for this role.
6. Understanding of current policies and developments in social care within disability services.
7. Ability to develop, evaluate, and contribute to plans to meet individuals' needs.
8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
