Job Title: Head of Workplace Solutions - Trust Administration
Key Responsibilities:

The Head of Workplace Solutions - Trust Administration will be responsible for overseeing the management of JP Morgan Chase Workplace Solutions trust companies. This includes ensuring comprehensive oversight of all trust-related activities, taking responsibility for trustee actions on behalf of GSTIL and GSTUKL, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
This role requires strong leadership skills, team management, excellent communication, understanding of corporate structures and fiduciary responsibility, regulatory compliance expertise, ability to identify conflicts of interest, detailed mindset, thorough understanding of trust and equity plan management.
Responsibilities include management of day-to-day operations of GSTIL and GSTUKL, acting as signatory for GSTIL and GSTUKL for all trusts, ensuring that GSTIL and GTSUKL discharge all of their duties as trustee of all relevant trusts, maintaining fiduciary responsibility, and developing and implementing trust policies and procedures to safeguard the interests of beneficiaries.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in trust administration, with experience in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining fiduciary responsibility.
