Job Title: Full-Time Barista – Álainn (High Street, Galway)

Álainn is a growing Irish health food and coffee brand, opening our new flagship shop on High Street, Galway. We're passionate about specialty coffee, açaí bowls, overnight oats, and healthy treats — all with a focus on quality, community, and great vibes.
The Role
We're looking for experienced baristas (2+ years' experience) to join our team full-time. This role is primarily Monday to Friday, with only the occasional weekend shift if needed. For the right candidates, there is also the opportunity to grow into a Supervisor / Junior Manager position as the shop develops.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, açaí bowls, and overnight oats
* Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional approach
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the café
* Support the team in daily operations, including opening/closing duties
* Uphold brand standards in all food and drink presentation
What We're Looking For
* At least 2 years' barista experience in a busy café environment
* Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and a passion for quality
* Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
* Reliable, professional, and willing to take on responsibility
* Ambition to grow into a Supervisor / Manager role (preferred)
