Responsibilities
The CNM1 plays a pivotal role in service planning, coordinating and administering SACT.
Assist the CNM2 in managing activity and resources within the Day Ward.
Clinical practice and clinical leadership.
Managing staff and facilitating communication within the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).
Participate in on-site medical clinical supervision provided by the team.
Team structure includes CNM3, CNM2, CNM1, Staff Nurses and HCAs, supported by ADON and DON.
