Duties
Full responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical scope of works on the project
Deliver all mechanical systems on a data centre project (HVAC, chilled water, CRAH/CRAC, plant)
Control costs and ensure accurate commercial reporting in line with company procedures
Identify and resolve risks with project team to maintain programme
Coordinate with electrical and CSA teams for system integration
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and key equipment procurement
Issue monthly progress reports for Senior Management, Clients and Stakeholders
An excellent understanding of Health & Safety
Requirements
Degree qualified or a strong trade background.
4+ years’ experience working with M&E Contractors in Ireland or the UK.
Have worked as a Mechanical Project Manager in Ireland or UK previously.
Proven track record of managing M&E projects.
Strong IT Skills.
Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
