About the Role
You’ll play a key role in developing and implementing paid social strategies that deliver measurable impact. As a strategic advisor to major clients, you’ll shape long-term paid social approaches that align with broader marketing and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop frameworks that drive client growth through paid social media and creative execution.
* Translate audience, market, and platform insights into actionable strategies.
* Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment between strategy and content.
* Manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms.
* Oversee audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget optimisation.
* Produce data-driven insights and performance reports to guide continuous improvement.
* Act as the main point of contact for paid social activity.
* Present results and insights clearly and confidently.
* Partner with internal teams to deliver cohesive and innovative campaigns.
About You
* 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.
* Agency or client facing experience preferred but not essential
* Strong knowledge of platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Pinterest Ads.
* Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics 4 or Data Studio.
* Proven track record of achieving measurable ROI and managing budgets effectively.
* Experience with conversion tracking and attribution models.
