Job Title: Senior Product Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior product engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for providing technical support for product transfers ensuring that all activities are completed and documented in accordance with the latest procedures.
* Determine technical objectives of engineering assignments and make decisions regarding direction and results.
* Monitor progress of work, ensuring sound application of engineering principles and appropriate use of policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, 3 or more years' experience in a manufacturing or project environment, excellent interpersonal skills, innovative thinking abilities, good instincts for mechanical design as well as working knowledge on Stryker internal process qualification generation associated with product transfers.
