Administrative Support Role

This is a temporary full-time Administrative Assistant position for 3 months. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and accurate administration throughout the exam lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have experience working with various computer software applications, including Office, MS Teams, and email. They must be proactive and flexible in providing high-quality customer service to users.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Exams Office
* Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks as needed
* Communicating effectively with customers via email and phone
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals

Required Skills and Qualifications
