Lead Product Strategist
A key role in defining and executing the product vision for risk assessment and capital deployment, driving business growth through data-driven insights and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities:
* Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and own the roadmap for risk and underwriting products, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting teams to identify pain points, streamline workflows, and improve decision accuracy.
* Discovery and Validation: Partner with product teams to run structured discovery, validate hypotheses, and make informed product decisions.
* Scalability and Growth: Design scalable solutions to support new markets, product types, and underwriting models, driving business expansion.
* Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Data, Commercial, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of the funding journey.
* Performance Monitoring and Feedback: Track product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on solutions to drive continuous improvement.
* Internal Transparency and Communication: Drive transparency around priorities and trade-offs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication.
