Job Title: Branch Manager
We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the daily operations of our branch. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing a high-performing team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Monitor and control payroll and expenses to optimize profitability.
* Conduct regular property audits to ensure properties are safe and meet company standards.
* Manage delinquent tenant process and reduce delinquency rates through coaching and employee engagement.
* Communicate effectively with employees, colleagues, and customers to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated leadership competency in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
* Record of top-tier performance as compared to peers and industry standards.
* Passion for sales and customer service excellence.
* Ability to monitor and control payroll and expenses.
* Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* 3rd Level Education preferred but not required.
