We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cleaner Attendant to join our relief team in Cork. This role will involve working with existing healthcare clients, providing a high standard of care and support.
Job Description
Cleaner Attendants work as part of the local community, supporting vulnerable adults and children in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor and be willing to learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work effectively as part of a team to provide clean and safe environments for patients;
In addition to these key responsibilities you must have or be willing undergo training including Manual Handling Food Safety Level 1 or above Hand Hygiene Infection Prevention & Control Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults Children First Chemical Training Hepatitis B Vaccines if required.
The successful applicant should also possess:
- Photo ID; - Right to Work in Ireland; - GNIB card (valid if non-EU national); Proof of Address; PPS Number;
The position requires candidates who can commute regularly using public transport own vehicles advisable flexible hours may include day evening weekend shifts full-time staff members should complete Garda Vetting their roles all references from previous employment academic groups volunteering sites applicants fluent English beneficial enhanced rates pay €14 per hour premiums weekends bank holidays.
