Were looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This role is all about taking ownership driving large-scale telecom projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Youll be the key link between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, making sure every project runs smoothly and successfully. Establish the right processes, controls, and resources to launch and manage new workstreams effectively. Coordinate seamlessly between design, operations, HSEQ, and commercial teams to ensure projects are properly scoped, planned, and executed. Partner with delivery managers to keep programmes aligned and on track. Oversee budgets, track performance, and ensure costs and revenues are fully accounted for. Review delivery metrics regularly to identify risks and implement improvements. Lead change management activities, ensuring initiatives align with strategic goals. Influence and collaborate across the business to drive cohesion and high performance. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a senior contracts or operations lead role. A track record in managing large-scale telecom build projects, ideally fibre-to-the-home. Strong resource planning and budget management skills. Demonstrated success leading diverse teams across multiple projects and clients. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Competency in Microsoft Office, GIS, and field reporting tools. Professional project management accreditation (PMP, Prince 2, or similar).
