Life Insurance Underwriter Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Underwriter / Claims Assessor.
* Assessing applications and reviewing claims for life insurance products, ensuring accurate and timely decisions are made in line with internal guidelines and standards.
* Providing clear explanations of decisions to customers and advisors, showcasing exceptional communication skills.
* Collaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive positive change.
* Maintaining a professional and supportive attitude, acting with integrity in all aspects of the role.
Key Requirements
* Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) - essential for effective communication.
* Experience in underwriting or claims handling for life insurance products, or a relevant medical background (e.g., nursing degree).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent time management and organisational abilities.
