* Develop and lead quality assurance initiatives through technical expertise in design control, preventive activities, and regulatory compliance.
* Serve as a subject matter expert for process risk management, including PFMEA and p FMEA.
* Create capable processes that deliver high yield and reliability by applying statistical techniques.
* Mentor other groups on areas of expertise with particular attention to design transfer procedures.
