Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the spa reception team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Manage bookings and enquiries, ensuring accuracy and personalized communication
* Maintain a warm and professional front-of-house environment for all spa guests
* Oversight daily operations: payments, reports, therapist schedules, and membership management
* Ensure cleanliness and presentation of reception and retail areas
Main Requirements
* Previous experience in a spa or hospitality role
* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking systems
