Job Overview
This role focuses on driving innovative analytics solutions across Payment Integrity, with a particular emphasis on waste and error. The Data Analytics Manager will develop and execute an analytics roadmap, partner closely with operations, product, and technology teams, and lead the delivery of high-impact analytical initiatives that support savings, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute an analytics strategy and roadmap to support Payment Integrity initiatives
* Partner with operations, product, and technology teams to deliver innovative analytic solutions
* Identify opportunities across the Payment Integrity process and design actionable, value-driven solutions
* Lead stakeholder engagement and execution of analytics programmes and strategies
* Promote adoption of advanced analytics including AI, ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI
* Oversee execution of complex analytic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes
* Create executive-level presentations to communicate insights, performance, and impact
* Support communication and internal promotion of advanced analytics capabilities
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience in analytics, data science, or strategic analytics advisory roles
* Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex business challenges
* Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments
* Ability to translate analytical outputs into clear, meaningful business insights
* Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tell a compelling story using data
* High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, consultative working style
* People-oriented approach with strong engagement and relationship-building skills
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, business analytics, healthcare, or a related discipline
NICE TO HAVE
* Background in Payment Integrity or the US healthcare industry (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
* Exposure to predictive analytics, GenAI, and machine learning in healthcare settings
* Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
* Ability to manage ambiguity and drive performance without hands-on technical programming
