Sales Team Lead
€55,000 basic + €15,000 bonus

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global organisation at the forefront of advanced AI systems. The Dublin team is expanding, and they are seeking a capable Sales Team Lead to guide a high performing sales group focused on acquiring new customers and driving commercial growth. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring the wider programme delivers consistent, high-quality results.
The Role
* Coach and support your sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and client expectations.
* Collaborate closely with programme leads to share best practice and resolve challenges.
* Provide clear and consistent communication around performance expectations.
* Review current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
* Develop and execute improvement plans that support team success.
* Use data, reports, and performance insights to identify trends, strengths, and gaps.
* Present recommendations to senior leadership through weekly reporting and formal business reviews.
* Build strong relationships, encourage accountability, and lead by example.
* Manage day to day sales operations and support team members with coaching and problem solving.
What We Are Looking For
* 2+ years' experience leading a sales team or mentoring sales professionals.
* Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and presentation formats.
* Confident in managing conflict, fostering collaboration, and building trust.
* Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and general productivity tools.
* Proven ability to coach low performers to reach target levels.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify data driven opportunities.
* Adaptability and the ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
