Position: Retail Sales Associate Part-time

Hours: 15 hours with a week on Monday - Friday (Flexible)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, friendly part-time retail sales associate to join our team, and work in our store at Unit 13G Blanchardstown Corporate Park, Dublin 15.
This is a part-time role for Saturdays and Mondays.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales:
* Greet customers as they enter the shop, providing a warm welcome.
* Gain an understanding of customers' needs and preferences by engaging in friendly conversations.
* Efficiently and professionally process orders through our point-of-sale system in store.
* Responsible for taking calls over the phone and directing the customer queries to the relevant team members.
Shop Management
* Regularly clean and tidy the store throughout the day, ensuring that all displays are attractive and safely arranged and that all product literature is kept up to date.
* Set up electric scooters for display and provide an on demand assembly service for customers in store.
* Take in electric scooters for repair using our repair software.
Communication:
* Answer phone calls courteously and direct the caller to the appropriate department or deal with the query directly
* Liaise with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
* Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns or suggestions.
Requirements:
* Must have a warm and welcoming disposition, with the ability to greet customers politely and maintain a friendly and approachable demeanour. Friendliness and helpfulness are the most important attributes we are looking for.
* Must maintain a professional appearance, adhering to dress code guidelines, wearing LOCO branded apparel and presenting oneself in a manner consistent with the LOCO Scooters brand.
* Ability to follow instructions accurately and complete tasks in a time-efficient manner.
