About the job Equine & SA Veterinary Surgeon - CorkOur client operates a respected combined small animal and equine practice, committed to providing high-quality veterinary care to their community. They pride themselves on a collaborative team environment and are dedicated to supporting the professional development of their vets.The Role: Working with a balanced caseload: 50% Small Animal, 50% Equine. Providing a full range of veterinary services, including consultations, medical workups, and surgical procedures (commensurate with experience). Participating in a shared rota: General Rota: 1 in 4 Out of Hours (OOH): 1 evening per week Saturday Mornings: 1 in 4 Ideal Candidate Profile: Must be VCI registered (or eligible for registration) as a Veterinary Surgeon. Demonstrates a passion for both small animal and equine medicine. Applications are welcomed from recent graduates/interns as well as experienced veterinarians. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A team player with a proactive and positive attitude. A driving license is highly recommended due to the nature of equine work.What Our Client Offers: Competitive Salary Package: Intern/Recent Graduate: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum Experienced Vet: 55,000 - 75,000 per annum (commensurate with experience) Accommodation Provided: A rent-free apartment is available.
