Insurance Renewals Specialist Role
* Manage client renewals, handle daily interactions and build relationships with new and existing customers.
* Evaluate renewal terms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, assess the market for alternative products and update databases accordingly.
* Liaise with colleagues and insurers while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Issue revised quotes following policy alterations
* Examine the market for alternative products that meet clients' needs
* Update databases to reflect material changes to policies
* Ensure renewal terms are issued in line with Central Bank regulations
The ideal candidate will have:
* Professional qualifications or relevant experience in a commercial environment
* At least one year of sales or customer service experience in a similar role required
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* A passion for working within the insurance industry
