After the probation period, the role can be carried out primarily from home, with one/two days per week required in the office.

Job Purpose:
The Compliance Administrator will support the Compliance and Tax Officer in ensuring the company adheres to all relevant legal, regulatory, and tax requirements across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. The role involves handling administrative tasks related to compliance and tax functions, maintaining compliance records, assisting with audits, and ensuring the company is up to date with relevant regulations and tax obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist the Compliance and Tax Officer in preparing and maintaining compliance and tax-related documentation.
Help organise and track key compliance records, including licenses, permits, certifications, and tax filings.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, audits, and inspections as needed.
Provide support in preparing internal reports for senior management regarding compliance and tax status.
Maintain organised and up-to-date compliance and tax documentation, including tax regulatory reports, and audit trails.
Ensure all compliance-related documents are in line with industry regulations and are available for audits or inspections.
Assist with the filing and storage of critical documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in the preparation of audits, ensuring all records are complete and up to date.
Track and monitor the implementation of corrective actions arising from audit findings.
Serve as a point of contact for compliance and tax-related queries across departments.
Assist in correspondence with external auditors or consultants, as required.
Support the creation of compliance training materials and assist in educating employees about relevant tax and compliance policies.
Assist in developing procedures and workflows to ensure all compliance and tax-related tasks are efficiently managed.
Assist in identifying compliance risks and help implement procedures to mitigate those risks.
Support the team in addressing compliance-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or compliance support role is preferable but not a strict requirement. Training will be provided on the job.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
