What you will do
As a Legal Analyst, you will be a member of the Legal Department reporting directly to the Head of Legal (Sales & Commercial). With training and oversight by experienced lawyers, you will facilitate sales of Fenergo’s technology products to global financial institutions, review contracts, prepare for negotiations with customers’ legal and procurement teams, and advise business leaders. You will also learn how our business operates by liaising with commercial, technical and financial teams.
Responsibilities
* Assist in all aspects of commercial contract review.
* Prepare for contract negotiations by drafting responses to customer legal and commercial requests.
* Review customer relationship documents and other information to provide strategic advice to business leaders.
* Support the overall operations of the Legal Department.
