We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Counter Person / Parts Advisor to join our Cork City (Pouladuff) branch.
Key Responsibilities
Serve trade and retail customers at the parts counter and by phone.
Identify, locate, and supply the correct automotive parts using catalogues and computer systems.
Advise customers on car parts, accessories, and suitable alternatives.
Process sales orders, returns, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain stock levels and assist with deliveries and inventory control.
Work closely with the warehouse and sales team to ensure top-class service.
Provide professional customer support in a busy automotive sales environment.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Motor Factor Counter Person, or Automotive Sales Assistant.
Strong knowledge of car parts and vehicle systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Good computer and organisational skills.
Full, clean driver's licence an advantage.
