Our mission is to guide people toward real results through expert coaching and community support.Role OverviewWe're seeking an enthusiastic, reliable professional to lead 1:1 coaching and engaging group classes. You will deliver exceptional training, foster relationships and support business operations in a hands-on, all‑round role.What You'll DoFitness Coaching & ProgrammingDeliver tailored personal training (1:1 and small-group sessions)Lead diverse group fitness classes (circuits, strength and mobility)Manage assessments, programming and progress trackingAdapt workouts to individual needs including injuries and chronic conditionsClient Experience & AdministrationConduct client consultations, health screenings and assessmentsUse systems for bookings, attendance and session recordsCommunicate promptly with clients—respond to enquiries, reschedule and provide ongoing support and motivationSupport drop-in challenges, membership upsells, and client retentionFacility Presentation & SafetyMaintain cleanliness and order of all equipment and training areasEnsure health and safety compliance (equipment checks, cleaning rotas)Assist with opening/closing duties and facility readinessContent & Community EngagementCapture photos/video (with consent) for social mediaHelp generate engaging content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)Participate in brand storytelling—testimonials, transformation highlightsAssist with video programming for clientsTeam CollaborationContribute ideas for programming, events and service improvementsAttend team meetings and complete ongoing professional developmentFoster a supportive and positive facility cultureAbout YouQualifications: Level 3 Group Fitness Instructor & Level 4 Personal TrainerExperience: Minimum 1 year in PT or group instruction and/or personal trainingSkills: Strong interpersonal, organisational and tech skillsPersonal Traits: Adaptable, proactive, inclusive and motivationalDesirable ExtrasFirst Aid/CPR certificationExperience with older adults, rehab or neurodiverse clientsSocial media content creation or editing skillsKnowledge of legitfit, Canva, or Google WorkspaceTraining or coursework in Adapted Physical Activity (APA)Why You'll Love Working HereWork in a supportive, community‑led environmentGrow your professional skills through coaching and mentoringFlexible schedule to fit your lifestyleFree access to gym, classes and continued educationFreelance options to build your confidence as a coach with ongoing supportApply by sending your CV and cover letter to Job Type: Full-timePay: €15.00-€20.00 per hourExpected hours: 39 per weekBenefits:Gym membershipOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
