The Role
Our client provides tailored investment solutions designed to help individuals and organizations reach their goals with confidence. Their approach combines expert guidance, long-term planning, and innovative tools to simplify complex financial decisions.
What you’ll do
Lead business continuity governance across the organisation, including reviewing and approving Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) to ensure consistent standards and regulatory alignment.
Provide expert guidance and constructive challenge to business units throughout the development, review, and annual refresh of continuity plans and recovery strategies.
Coordinate responses to major incidents involving technology, operations, and third-party providers, delivering rapid impact assessments and structured escalation when required.
Support senior leadership during disruptions through clear communication, decision support, and effective crisis coordination.
Drive incident readiness improvements by developing response playbooks, monitoring triggers, and strengthening early-day operational awareness.
Lead post‑incident reviews and root cause analysis, ensuring lessons learned translate into measurable actions that strengthen operational resilience and prevent recurrence.
What you bring
Significant experience in business continuity, operational resilience, risk management, or incident management roles.
Strong capability in risk assessment and impact analysis to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen resilience planning.
Experience developing and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including BIA and BCP documentation.
Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage incidents, and deliver clear communication during time‑critical situations.
Sound problem‑solving skills and the ability to support decision‑making under pressure.
Good understanding of regulatory expectations and governance frameworks; experience within Asset Management is preferred
