Marketing Director Role
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns across various channels. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving commercial and brand performance through innovative ideas and creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and report on marketing strategies for resort segments, including hotel bedrooms, F&B outlets, golf, spa, and events.
* Design and implement internal and external print brand materials, including brand artwork, assets, and marketing collateral.
* Manage and maintain the resort website, working with digital marketing and booking engine partners to implement the digital marketing strategy.
* Champion The K Club brand, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Proven record of delivering effective marketing campaigns and driving commercial and brand performance.
* Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
* Knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Revinate CRM (or similar email marketing software).
