Job Description
A key member of the clinical supply chain team, this role is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient supply of clinical trial materials to all stages of development.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical operations and supply chain management principles, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. They will be able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions, while also communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Manage Clinical Supply Chain: Responsible for ensuring timely and efficient supply of clinical trial materials to all stages of development.
* Cross-Functional Planning: Develop and implement cross-functional plans to meet clinical demand and forecast supply chain needs.
* Vendor Management: Manage relationships with supply chain vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
* Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management at depots and sites to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
* Order Management: Manage orders for clinical trial materials, including import and export of GMP drug substance and drug products.

This position requires:
* BS or MS degree in chemistry, pharmacy, science, engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 8 years' experience in clinical operations or supply chain management.
* Experience with managing contract organizations for clinical labeling, packaging, and distribution.
* Familiarity with cGMPs and regulatory requirements.
