Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-orientedLegal Assistant (Immigration)and Office Adminto support our immigration attorneys in preparing, filing, and tracking client matters from our Dublin office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with preparation and filing of immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation (e.g., visas, green cards, work permits, asylum, citizenship).Communicate with clients to provide document checklists, updates, request documents, and schedule appointments.Collect, organize, and review client documents for accuracy and completeness.Draft cover letters, forms, and correspondence under attorney supervision.Maintain case files (digital and physical) and update case management system.Track deadlines (court dates, consular appointments, biometrics appointment) and ensure timely filings.Conduct legal research and gather country condition evidence as needed.Liaise with government agencies on case status inquiries.Manage front-desk duties: answering phones, greeting and accompanying clients, handling mail.RequirementsBachelor's degree and above.Excellent organisational, research, copywriting and communication skills.Self-starter with the ability to independently manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.Professional, client-service oriented demeanor.Proficiency in MS Office and legal case management software.Bilingual (English + Chinese language) preferred.
