Our client is a well-established distribution group.
They are seeking to appoint a Payroll Administrator to support the payroll team.
They are looking to hire a motivated individual with solid experience who will be able to work to deadlines, be point of contact for multiple sites, and support with runing their payroll.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, duties will include: End to end payroll processing for weekly payroll Liasing with HR Team to capture changes and updates Maintaining and developing relationships with Management team Providing payslips Producing monthly reports requested Processing starters and leavers Calculating holidays and sick pay and dealing with queries around these items Adherence to deadlines in the processing and submission of all statutory returns Participate in payroll process improvement projects, efficiencies, automation, and systems enhancements Payroll reconciliations and comparison reports Liasing with external agencies with regards to hours for temporary staff Other ad-hoc payroll related duties as required Ideal Candidate: Recentl payroll expereince in the Irish market Thorough knowledge of Irish payroll processing Strong knowledge of payroll processing software Excellent time management and organisational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills fully fluent written and spoken English essential Team player with strong interpersonal skills Ability to take ownership of your role Interested?
