Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and develop relationship with your clients ensuring first class customer service levels.
* Support services include process water sampling, wet end chemistry, water treatment, equipment maintenance, reporting, and chemical inventory management, water hygiene services (temperature monitoring. Shower sterilisations, CWST sterilisations)
* Manage policies in line with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
* Complete and manage customer orders using relevant company technology
* Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
