Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Analyst within our Transfer Agency department.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and quality-assuring external and internal cash payments, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements. You will work closely with partners across jurisdictions, developing your skills and enhancing the overall performance of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Input, approval, and QA checks on Redemption, Subscription, Dividend, Commission, and Rebate payments within strict currency deadlines.
2. Provide prompt responses to queries in line with department procedures and manage work queues for efficient completion.
3. Attend team meetings, support the improvement of quality through procedural reviews and enhancements.
You will maintain close working relationships with other areas of TA and external stakeholders, participate in client visit meetings, and support the onboarding of new partners. Additionally, you will assist with project-related work and act as a buddy/mentor to ensure seamless integration into the role.
