The ideal candidate will have experience managing stakeholders at various levels, running workshops and documenting actionable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and facilitate meetings, effectively documenting outcomes and managing next steps with both technology and business stakeholders.
* Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills to engage and align diverse teams.
* Work independently in a fast-paced environment, showing great attention to detail and initiative.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and deliverables.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing stakeholders.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities efficiently.
* 10+ years of proven experience in the financial industry.
* Experience managing early-stage or discovery projects.
* Knowledge of data governance or frameworks.
