Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Production Operator. This role will be based in Virginia, Co. Cavan and will involve working as part of a team within our milk processing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operation of plant equipment including dryers, evaporation plants, filtration units and milk separation systems.
* Monitoring and achieving agreed KPIs relating to health and safety, hygiene, throughput, quality and energy efficiency.
* Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining work areas in a clean and tidy condition.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment and possess good technical ability to understand plant processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for this role.
Requirements:
* Familiarity with manufacturing processes and procedures.
* Previous experience as a production operator or in a similar role.
