As part of a dynamic Operations team, this role offers the opportunity to work on complex fund accounting processes for global clients while developing your technical expertise in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver accurate and timely accounting services for assigned clients and moderately complex funds, including NAV calculations, performance reporting, and expense allocations.
* Conduct detailed cash and asset reconciliations for intricate transactions and ensure accuracy across all fund activities.
* Reconcile account expenses for complex transactions, ensuring appropriate allocation and adherence to internal controls.
* Identify and escalate atypical or complex transactions to senior team members for resolution.
* Prepare and draft fund performance reports and other accounting deliverables for clients.
* Respond to client queries and provide clear explanations regarding accounting processes and reporting outputs.
Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
* Previous experience or internship within fund accounting, financial operations, or asset management is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
