Busy fine dinning restaurant in Dublin 15 is looking to hire a sous Chef
RESPONSIBILITIES:
cooking food to order in an efficient and professional manner To assist in the smooth running of the kitchen operation To monitor and assist the food hygiene standards.
Doing deliveries order
Stock control
Training new staff
Maintaince of kitchen equipment
Must have experience in fine dinning restaurant
Must be able to stay calm under pressure and run the kitchen smoothly
REQUIREMENTS
Experience of food handling and cooking Positive attitude with a warm and friendly personality Enthusiastic and passionate about food Excellent communications and English language skills Must have basic food HACCP knowledge.
