About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our chefs in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting Chefs in Food Preparation: Assist with meal planning, ingredient sourcing, and food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and cooking dishes.
* Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure a clean and safe working environment by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment after each use.
* Kitchen Organization: Maintain a well-organized kitchen by storing ingredients properly, labeling containers correctly, and disposing of waste efficiently.
