Our focus is on long-term careers and long-term client partnerships, not quick wins.As our construction client base continues to grow, we are hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a dedicated construction desk and play a key role in scaling the business. This is a true 360 recruitment role with a clear route into a Team Lead position for someone who wants to help build something - not just bill.We are not clock-watchers. We hire adults, trust them to run their desk, and judge performance on outcomes, not hours at a desk.
