We are currently seeking a highly-motivated SLT Manager to join our team in Wicklow, based primarily in CDNT6.
Contract Type: Specified Purpose (Minimum 1 year)
Contract Hours: 17.5 hours per week (.5 WTE)
Salary Scale: €72,355 to €88,425 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments) and are subject to increases in 2025 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.
Annual Leave: 34 days pro rata per annum
Overview of the Post
The Speech and Language Therapy Manager will be responsible for the provision of clinical supervision for a number of senior SLT's across the three Children's Disability Network Teams (CDNTs) in Wicklow. The post holder will ensure that Speech and Language Therapy supports are in line with evidence-based practice and in keeping with local and national legislation and documentation. They will handle planning, maintaining and evaluating quality Speech and Language Therapy supports within the context of the interdisciplinary team.

Essential Criteria
* BSc., MSc., or Diploma, or equivalent degree in Speech and Language Therapy recognised and validated for working in Ireland.
* Qualified to practice independently in the management of Eating, Drinking & Swallowing disorders with children.
* Evidence of state registration with CORU.
* Minimum of 5 years full-time post‑qualification experience in disability.
* Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience working with families and children with a range of disabilities/developmental delay.
* Experience of managing services.
* Experience of involvement in clinical service development.
* Experience in supervision.
* Competent and proficient IT skills.
* Full driving licence with access to own private transport.
Desirable Criteria
* Minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Speech and Language Therapist.
* Evidence of interest and/or experience of taking a leadership role within the profession or workplace.
* Qualification to carry out Hanen Parent Programme.
* Experience working with Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC).
