About You
We are on the lookout for a part‑time Retail Supervisor to join our DV8 Killarney store. Please note that flexibility will be required. Step into a role as a Supervisor where you will lead the sales team by example, using an excellent understanding of product with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service, ensuring your team does the same. You should have experience working as a supervisor in a similar environment; however we will consider other relevant experience to this role.
About The Role
Being a supervisor at DV8 is a responsible yet rewarding role with a clear path for progression. Key responsibilities include:
* Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and helping them as much as possible.
* Be responsible for opening and closing the store following security procedures.
* Ensure the store provides the best shopping experience by keeping products priced correctly and the shop floor clean and tidy at all times.
* Maintain high standards of merchandise in store, ensuring products are positioned to look their best.
* Be responsible for the operation of the till for both card and cash payments; training will be provided if necessary.
