Receptionist
to join our Front Office team.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible to provide a warm, friendly welcome to our guests. Duties will include check-in and check-out, dealing with foreign exchange, processing payments, answering the telephone, taking reservations and dealing with all general guest requests and queries.
Personal Requirements
* The successful candidate will have a warm friendly Yes I can attitude.
* Thrives on taking responsibility and working in an empowered environment.
* Be Fluent in English .
* Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar post and will have worked with Fidelio/Opera.
* You will be organised in your approach to work and will enjoy working in a busy team environment.
* Be flexible throughoout the week with different shifts
