We are currently seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team for a large-scale pharmaceutical construction project in Co. Westmeath.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities
1. Pre-contract responsibilities:
o Preparing capital cost estimates
o Advising building economics
o Producing lifecycle cost estimates
o Advising tendering procedures and contract arrangements
o Drafting contract packages including advice on amendments to standard forms
o Preparing pricing documents for tender packages
2. During the tendering phase responsibilities:
o Providing advice on tendering procedures
o Drafting instructions to tenderers
o Developing tender evaluation criteria
o Drafting PQQ questionnaires
o Handling queries during tender period
o Commercial evaluation of all tender submissions
o Negotiation with tenderers
3. Post-contract duties:
o Valuing progress on site for interim certificates
o Ascertainment of amounts due to contractors for price variation
o Valuing proposed instructions
o Drafting responses to contractors' correspondence
o Determination of amounts of claims
o Expediting contractors' insurances, bonds, and collateral warranties; and valuating contractors' final accounts
Requirements
A Bachelor or Master degree in Quantity Surveying or similar is required.
Extensive multi-sectoral experience, life-science, mission critical, and industrial experience is welcome.
Ability to work on complex issues and report in a clear and concise manner.
Minimum of 10 years' experience carrying out pre and post-contract duties.
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines.
Excellent reporting and communication skills.
