Key Responsibilities Work closely with site management, subcontractors, and the client safety team.
Promote a positive safety culture on-site and encourage safe working practices.
Support hazard identification and implement corrective actions when required.
Support daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with company and client safety standards.
Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety observations.
Assist with preparing RAMS, safety documentation, and incident reports.
Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction safety role (civil or structural steel experience an advantage).
Ability to work independently and hold your own on a fast-paced site.
Relevant safety qualification (e.g., Safe Pass, manual handling; additional safety certs a bonus).
Full drivers licence and willingness to be on-site 5 days per week in Dun Laoghaire.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with teams on-site.
