Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Social Inclusion Leader to manage the delivery of services across our South West region.
Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee the efficient, effective and safe delivery of health and personal social services for patients and clients.
* To ensure that services are delivered to the highest standards within available resources.
* To provide leadership to staff in delivering services consistent with the new model of care.
* To support clinical leadership in the delivery and governance of integrated service provision.
* To create a management team which supports collective responsibility and action in all aspects of Health and Personal Social Service delivery.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to manage resources effectively, and have experience in delivering high-quality services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
