* Preparation of detailed cost estimates for tender and live projects
* Measurement and take-offs from drawings and specifications
* Assessment and comparison of subcontractor and supplier tenders
* Liaison with design teams, commercial managers, and procurement teams
* Identification of value engineering opportunities and cost risks
