Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (German Market)

Compensation: €42,000 base salary + €7,000 annual bonus (gross)
We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and support growth in the German market. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, and are motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Educate existing and prospective customers on the value and benefits of our products.
* Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound leads generated by marketing efforts and product engagement.
* Qualify leads, respond to inquiries, and guide small businesses through the sales cycle.
* Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and appointment-setting goals.
* Close deals and manage inbound leads from new and existing accounts.
* Collaborate with marketing, business, and product teams to identify new sales strategies and optimize lead conversion.
* Continuously seek to improve internal sales processes and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
* Native or fluent German (C1) speaker with excellent English communication skills.
* 1–2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
* Proven ability to close deals is a strong advantage.
* Strong interpersonal skills: self-motivated, organized, inquisitive, and goal-driven.
* Experience with pipeline management, lead qualification, and sales forecasting.
* Ability to manage high volumes of interactions efficiently and professionally.
* Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
