Job Description
The Information Provider Assistant supports Citizens Information Services by responding to complex queries from members of the public and performing various administrative duties.
Duties
* Respond to complex queries from members of the public in line with the Citizens Information Board guidelines.
* Provide support to the team of Information Providers.
* Maintain records/files and manage reception operations, including the IT network.
* Assist clients and non‑commercial organisations directly.
* Carry out filing and typing duties as required.
* Maintain the centre in a clean and orderly manner.
* Assist the Administrator with ensuring an adequate stock of publications, information leaflets, application forms, etc.
* Carry out a range of clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the Development Manager/Administrator.
