Working for a high volume, complex, global manufacture, this role manages a team of 7/8 based in Belfast, who process all American orders (the US is their biggest region by volume). Although this is within order management, it is very similar environment to any high volume, process driven back-office function. Strong team management in a very non-hierarchical, team focused environment. Management of team volume, peaks and troughs. Issue management and all escalations across other teams (order detail clarifications within teams such as sales, accounts, technical & logistics etc). Team, issue and trend reporting. Please note that because this role specifically manages the US region, there will be a shift pattern of 2pm-10pm in place to accommodate time zones. To recompense for this, you will receive a shift allowance of 10% of your basic salary.
