Administrator HR & Finance Support Location: Newry Office-Based with Flexibility Hours: Full Time (flexible start times available) Salary: £26,000 £30,000 (depending on experience) An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and supportive office team within an established engineering-related business in Newry. The company is growing steadily and is now looking to strengthen its administrative function with someone who can support across both HR and finance areas. Why Apply? Youll work closely with a team of 6 administrators and report directly to the Financial Controller. Key Responsibilities Assist with onboarding new staff, right-to-work checks, and keeping compliance records up to date Support credit control and basic finance admin duties Answer incoming calls and respond to client emails professionally Monitor and help process employee timekeeping records Provide general administrative support to the wider office team Help ensure all internal records and systems are kept accurate and up to date Requirements Previous experience in an administration role, ideally with exposure to HR and/or finance Strong organisation skills and the ability to work across multiple tasks Professional communication skills and a proactive approach Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) Experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is desirable Interested?
